Founded in 1988, Viva Green Lighting Group has been dedicated to high-efficiency and high-quality, electron lighting, co***ct fluorescent replacement tube, R&D and LED products, which designed the first replaceable SU13 ballast and won the first US Energy Star V4.0 certificate on the June 22nd, 2005. The chosen design has been the Energy Star standard after Viva Group won the Line Voltage Socket Competition of US Energy Star in July 2004. Viva has the right to participate in formulating Shanghai City Standard (fluorescent lamp which uses electronic ballast of fluorescent socket) and the standard NO is DB31/T318-2004.
Viva Group has three manufacturing base:
Comprehensive manufacturing base&©|61630;Viva Green Lighting (Huzhou) CO., LTD, located in Huzhou city Zhejiang province and the total occupying ***ce accounts 210,000 square meters;
Light source manufacturing base&©|61630; Shanghai Viva Home Improvement CO., LTD, located in Jinshan area Shanghai city and the occupying ***ce accounts 80,000 square meters;
Light source complete set manufacturing base&©|61630;Jiangxi Tianjian Green Lighting CO., LTD, located in Yushan county Jiangxi province.
Viva has more than 1000 employees and owns strong R&D and advanced product facilities. Adopting strict measures of quality control and completely implementing ISO9001: 2000 quality administration system and 6sigma management system and ERP resource management system, Viva has passed ISO9001 (2000 edition) quality system approval and ISO14001 environmental system approval that is certificated by BSI; under the support of Shanghai JURAN quality management research institute in 2003, Viva started to introduce 6sigma management. There are three employees having gotten black belt qualified certificate and six employees having gotten green belt certificate. Among them, ˇ°Improving the value of main energy-saving lampsˇ± won the national excellent 6sigma project award in 2004, the other three won Shanghai excellent 6sigma project award.
